The bot learns when your club releases slots, checks right at that moment and books your usual times within the price and cancel rules you set. If your first choice is gone it offers the closest alternatives instead of guessing. After each booking it drafts invites to your regular players and keeps track of who is in.
My tip: tell it exactly how far ahead your club opens bookings. That one detail is the difference between getting the 7pm court and getting the 9pm one.
