i-have-adhd
Makes your agent lead with the next action and drop the filler.
About
i-have-adhd shapes your agent's replies for a reader with ADHD: the first line is the next action, multi step work becomes a short numbered list, state gets restated across turns, tangents are cut, time estimates are specific, and every reply ends with one thing you can do in under two minutes. It is plain Markdown with no scripts, you turn it on with /i-have-adhd and it stays on until you say "stop adhd mode". It ships as a skill plus plugins for Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. I like it for anyone who skims agent output and keeps losing the actual next step in a wall of text, ADHD or not.
