Turn plain-English instructions into Android phone automation

About

Let AI assistants and test suites use real Android phones like a human

ARTEMIS runs an observe and act loop on Android: it reads the screen (element indices when available, coordinates and visual locating as fallbacks), takes the next action and keeps going until the task is done, typically 3 to 5 seconds per step. A Flash profile handles quick everyday tasks, while a Pro profile checks targets before acting and supports long exploratory and stability tests. The one-click start script installs ADB, scrcpy, FFmpeg and Python dependencies, opens a local web UI with live screen mirroring and replays, and can install its MCP server plus a mobile testing rules file into your AI IDEs. Works with Gemini, Claude, GPT and Qwen-VL models (bring your own API key). Apache 2.0, about 12k GitHub stars.
