JobSpy has been a popular Python library for scraping job listings since 2023. The October update adds a jobspy command line tool and mcp-jobspy, an MCP server you run with uvx, nothing else to install. It exposes two tools: search_jobs, which queries LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Bayt, Naukri, BDJobs and HelloWork with the usual filters and returns previews with a search id, and get_job_details, which pulls full records for the jobs you pick without searching again. Results can be written to .csv, .json or .jsonl, so an agent can build a shortlist, dedupe it and tailor applications. Job boards rate limit repeated searches, so set HTTPS_PROXY in the server config if you search a lot, and respect each board's terms. Made by the Speedy Apply team (@speedyapply).
