VOC stands for voice of customer. You point the server at a brand or topic, it estimates the cost with a free prepare_space call, then runs a collection job your agent tracks until it completes. After that, everything in the report is free to query: positive and negative feedback, sentiment trends and their drivers, platform share, competitor comparisons, risk signals and semantic search over the actual posts as evidence. Paid extras sit on top: an AI deep follow-up over the whole dataset (600 points per question), generated customer personas and simulated interviews with them. It speaks Remote / Streamable HTTP, so you add one URL and your Pangolinfo API key to Claude, Cursor or any MCP client and nothing runs locally. It is a good fit if you want to validate a product idea, check why people churn from a competitor or monitor how a launch lands, from one chat.
